Bonassi USA (“Bonassi”) warrants that the following products will be free of defects in material or workmanship in accordance with the below schedule. The warranty begins on the date of sale, or the date of receipt (for gifts) and proof of purchase (such as a credit card or sales receipt) is required in order to obtain warranty services.

Bonassi warrants to the original consumer purchaser or first recipient (as a gift) that for the time periods listed above from the date of purchase (or receipt, as a gift) that each Bonassi product not otherwise warranted, and for each Bonassi replacement part purchased from an authorized Bonassi retailer or the Bonassi Web Site, will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and with reasonable maintenance. This warranty does not apply to any product or part used for commercial (for hire) services such as rental gear or use by scuba, freediving, swimming or snorkeling instructors as part of their “for hire” training programs.
Bonassi will, at its option, repair or replace without any charge, any warranted product or replacement part that is defective in materials or workmanship. Repair or replacement by Bonassi is Bonassi’s only responsibility and is also your only remedy under this warranty.
To obtain warranty service you must first request a Return Merchandise Authorization by completing this online form. You will be sent, within two (2) business days, your Return Merchandise Authorization number and further procedures for obtaining your warranty service. It is your responsibility and expense to return the warranty item according to the instructions you receive with your RMA number. You will need to submit either a copy of your credit card charge receipt or your invoice in order to verify that the item is within the warranty period.
This warranty does not cover damage resulting from improper use, improper maintenance, neglect of care or maintenance, repairs performed by someone other than an authorized Bonassi service center or use in manner inconsistent with the intended use of the product.
ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ARE LIMITED TO THE DURATION OF THIS WRITTEN WARRANTY. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation may not apply to you. BONASSI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR LOSS OF USE OR ANY OTHER INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR INDIRECT COSTS, EXPENSES OR DAMAGES. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above exclusions may not apply to you. No salesperson, dealer or representative is authorized to make any modifications to this warranty or to make additional warranties on behalf of Bonassi. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that may vary from state to state.
