Refunds / Returns / Exchange Policy

Bonassi strives for 100% customer satisfaction. We want you to be happy with your Bonassi gear. However, we realize that at times you may want to return or exchange a product you have purchased. Bonassi will assist you directly if your purchase was made through our online store or directly from us.

Items purchased at a third-party retailer or reseller (“reseller”) must be returned to the reseller and are subject to the reseller’s return policy.

The following are the Bonassi procedures to help you.

Bonassi USA United States Refund / Exchange Policy

This policy is ONLY for Bonassi USA (“Bonassi”) products that were purchased in the continental United States and is only for returns or refunds of new, unused Bonassi products. If you purchased your Bonassi product from a reseller not in the continental United States and wish to return your product, then you should click here. If you purchased your Bonassi product and you have a warranty issue, then click here.

Refunds for Purchases from Bonassi USA online store:

1. The request for a refund must be received by Bonassi within one hundred, twenty (120) days from date of the purchase or receipt (for gifts).
2. To initiate a refund, you must complete the Request for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) found here.
3. The item must be unused, and any tags or labels were on the item must still be on the item.
4. If the item was in a product box or bag (not the shipping box or bag) then the product box and all parts, instructions, batteries, etc. must be returned to Bonassi.

Within two (2) business days of receipt of your online RMA request Bonassi will send you your RMA and shipping instructions. (Shipping expenses to return the item to Bonassi USA are the responsibility of the customer.) Upon receipt of your product, Bonassi will inspect the item and if the item is determined to be “good as new,” will promptly issue you a refund to the credit card that was used for the purchase. (If the item has been damaged, shows signs of use or is missing tags, labels, parts or packaging then a refund will not be issued, and the item will be returned to you.) If you cannot provide Bonassi with the credit card number that was used for the original transaction, then Bonassi will issue you a 1-year “store credit” for use on the Bonassi USA web site.

Exchanges for Purchase from the Bonassi USA online store:

If you select an item that has a lower value, then Bonassi will issue you a 1-year store credit for use on the Bonassi USA web site for the balance. Bonassi will ship the replacement item to you at no additional charge and a tracking number will be provided to you when the item ships.

Customer-Initiated Exchanges and Returns (Non-Defective Products)

If you wish to return or exchange a product for reasons unrelated to a manufacturing defect, shipping error, warranty claim, or fulfillment mistake, including but not limited to selecting the wrong size, choosing the wrong model, preferring a different color, ordering the incorrect item, you must submit your request within thirty (30) days of the purchase date or receipt date (for gifts). To qualify for a return or exchange, the item must be returned in "good as new" condition, unused, unworn, unaltered, and with all original tags, labels, packaging, accessories, manuals, and included components intact. The customer is solely responsible for all costs associated with the return, including return shipping charges, packaging materials, insurance (if desired), and any costs required to safely package the product for transit. Products must be properly packaged to prevent damage during shipment. Bonassi is not responsible for products damaged during return transit due to inadequate packaging. All shipping costs associated with the return and any replacement shipment are the responsibility of the customer. Bonassi may assist in arranging both the return shipment and the shipment of the replacement item. However, all applicable shipping charges must be paid before the exchange or replacement can be processed. For example, if the total cost of returning a wetsuit and shipping a replacement wetsuit is $50 USD, Bonassi can coordinate both shipments once the applicable shipping fee has been paid. Upon receipt, Bonassi will inspect the returned product. If the item shows signs of use, wear, damage, alteration, missing components, missing packaging, or missing tags, the return or exchange request may be denied and the item may be returned to the customer at the customer's expense. Once the exchanged item has been approved, Bonassi will ship the replacement item and provide tracking information when available.
